Maintaining your boats

Our river cruisers are rigorously maintained throughout the season, with a winter launch where the deck and hull are thoroughly and meticulously examined and overhauled, and antifouling is applied.

Thanks to our network of bases throughout France, we can offer you our servicing and maintenance services. Our teams have a wealth of knowledge of our boats and genuine expertise.
We currently have 4 bases (Buzet in Aquitaine, Glénac in Brittany, Saverne in Alsace and Port sur Saône in Franche-Comté) that can provide a range of services including:

• Mooring your boat,
• Winter storage and repairs…
• Fitting additional equipment

After-sales service / Spare parts:

As Nicols is a boat builder and charterer, we have a shop in our yard where spare parts and other accessories are available. We are always on hand to offer advice and service.

Annual maintenance budget?

The design of Nicols river launches in polyester hulls generates a very low maintenance budget; their simple, practical and pragmatic design, originally intended for charter, also contributes to this low maintenance cost.
As an owner, you’ll need to take the boat out of the water every 3 or 4 years. For the rest, just like a car, it’s a matter of routine maintenance: oil change, etc.
